Client Service Contract Agreement

Below Explains the policy that all clients must agree and adhere to for the best quality dove service. It is important that our clients understand how a dove release works and what they can do to insure that the doves are safe and able to preform their best.
All services will be attended by a trained Release Co-Ordinator. A Co-Ordinator is trained not only in dove handeling, but also the biology of the Rock Dove. They go through years of training to get familiar with the birds habits and sounds. Many of them have studied the Rock Dove through books and scientific articles. These workers know what to look for at a service sight that could be potentially dangerous for the doves. It is important that the clients trust the experienced judgement of these co-ordinators. It is their job to make sure that you have the best service we can provide, while keeping the doves safe.
Client Contract:The following is a contract listing all that clients must agree to before they use our services:

1. While on sight the Release Co-Ordinator is the only one in charge of the doves.
2. I will listen to the directions of the Release Co-Ordinator to insure that the doves safety is always top priority.
3. I can feel free to ask any questions or make any suggestions, but they must be approved by the Release Co-Ordinator.
4.
In the event that the Release Co-Ordinator deems that our ideas are too dangerous for the doves, I will respect their expertise to insure a beautiful and safe dove release, and follow the Co-Ordinators directions.
5. I will have the full and exact amount of my balance due at the time that White Doves of Modesto has instructed.
6.
In all events I will make sure to not make the doves wait for more than 90 mintues on sight for us, to insure their comfort and safety. It is the federal and state law to insure the safety of the doves.
7. I understand that White Doves of Modesto reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under California law.
8. I understand that all Release Co-Ordinators are highly trained and that if they cancel it is because conditions are too extreme to risk the safety of the birds.
